Emily Reno, Creating Community Consulting/Regional Food Systems Plan
Creating Community Consulting is working on a project that is launching the first phase of the development of West Central Minnesota’s first-ever food systems plan. To kick things off, we’d like to map out exactly what’s going on and where so that we can get a sense of the amazing, innovative projects, people, resources, and infrastructure that makes this region a great place to start a farm, a food business, to access healthy foods, to scale a business, and more. We’ll be conducting three asset mapping sessions during November and December, and wrap things up with a short Lunch and Learn chat to share what we’ve learned, giving folks another opportunity to provide feedback.
