Drekker Beer

Beer Collaboration with Drekker Brewing

THE BACKSTORY

In 2015, we hosted our first event, a community potluck, at Drekker Brewing. A year later, we hosted our first birthday party in Drekker’s downtown taproom. Over the next several years, we hosted multiple events with Drekker’s support - so when they approached us in late 2018 and suggested a collaborative beer, the answer was a resounding YES.

ABOUT THE BEER

“Brewed of the North” can design: Punchgut [click to enlarge]

“Brewed of the North” is a hazy Ancient Grain IPA featuring grains grown by farmer members of the Northern Plains Sustainable Agriculture Society. The ancient grains include Ceres & Dylan hard red spring wheat and Einkorn, which make up 30% of the grains in the beer.  The beer hops are lemon drop, hallertau blanc and mosaic.

Thanks to all who joined us to celebrate the release of this light, refreshing and easy-to-drink IPA on Friday, January 25.

“Brewed of the North” will be available on tap and in cans at Drekker Brewing Co. - Brewhalla (1666 1st Ave N, Fargo, ND 58102) while supplies last.
