First Fridays May (Virtual): Great Grain Brains
In the age of social-distancing, we hosted our second virtual First Fridays on grains, bread, and COVID-19 sourdough craze. Our event featured perspectives from Steve Zwinger (NDSU Carrington Research Extension Center), Noreen Thomas (Doubting Thomas Farms), and Blaine Booher (Emerging Prairie /Sourdough Evangelist).
