Skyler Dutton of Thunder Coffee
Thunder is launching “Service Work Appreciation Days” every Monday offering $1 espresso, $2 drip coffee and $4 lattes for friends in the service industry!
Brunch! Starting Sunday, April 17 Thunder will be offering brunch/breakfast sandwiches.
Beef Cakes - Dex from Thunder will be cooking up his famous burgers on April 20 at 12pm.

Jack Wood of Growing Together
RCA produced a beautiful video about the Growing Together gardens. Click here to view.
They still have a few spots left in their gardens for the 2022 season. Free to join and if you volunteer once a week, you receive an equal share of the harvest! Check out their website to learn more.
Dan Goehring of the Tomato Seed Savers Club
Now is the time to plant your tomato seeds indoors! The club has between 140-160 varieties! If you’re interested in getting a few unique varieties or planting some of the NDSU historic varieties, talk to Jack Wood (jackstomatoes@gmail.com) or Dan (drgoehring@outlook.com)
Helen Forsythe of Northfield Curbside Compost
Helen was a special guest to First Fridays to share a little about her work to catalyze a community curbside compost program. She and friends launched the voluntary subscription service 4 ½ years ago in Northfield, MN. Tracy Briggs of The Fargo Forum/WDAY
Tracy and colleagues produced a 5 part documentary series called “Liquid Gold” based on the annual pilgrimage to Greece organized by Peter Schultz Importer to tour Mistras Estates in Ancient Sparta. You can view the documentary and read the stories here.
